The main goal of this paper is to make project for realization of building according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for making constructions. Object of the project is a new building of house with establishment. Residential part of the house is designed for five-membered family. Establishment will be used as a massage salon. The house is detached in current housing development. It has two aboveground floors and it is cellarless. Roof construction of the second aboveground floor consists of gabled wooden trusses. Related establishment is roofed by single-coated flat roof. Object is determined for year-long occupation. Design documentation was realized using AutoCAD software.

Kindergarten in Zlín

The subject of this thesis is a new building of kindergarten in Zlin-Malenovice. It is a two-storey building without a basement and with a flat roof. For the construction was chosen flat land amidst residential area with good access. One of the main goals is to create a functional layout for daily operation. Kindergarten consists of four departments, each with capacity of 20 children. The building also has a kitchen, where hot meals will be prepared. The building is made of sand-lime bricks and it is based on footings. A car park for parents and kindergarten staff will also be built on the property.
