Konstrukční úpravy dataprojektoru pro optická 3D měření
Pochmon, Michal ; Pravdová, L. ; Rössler, T.
Optical profilometric and topographic non-coherence measurements have a great use today, for example in deformation measurement, product quality control, total arthroplasty wear measurement and many others. These measurements are based on using optical structure, which is projected on the measured object and is deformed by its surface. Good projector of such optical structure is data-projector. Its imperfection is too large zoom of serial objective, so measurement of small objects is influenced by quite big measurement error. This is caused by projecting only small part of optical structure is projected on measured object and that negative influences resolution of measurement method. For the measurement of small objects is necessary replace the serial objective by objective, whom parameters allow the measurement of this object influenced by the measurement error as small as possible.
Měření drsnosti povrchu pomocí optických metod
Mandát, Dušan ; Pech, Miroslav ; Hrabovský, Miroslav ; Rössler, T.
The article treats of roughness measurement by means of optical methods. We own two unique optical devices enabling roughness measurement (CASI and SCAN). Both were produced by Schmitt Industries. Measuring range is from 1 Å to 2000 Å.
Měření otěru kyčelního implantátu metodou Fourierovské profilometrie s užitím postupného vykreslení mřížky
Pochmon, Michal ; Rössler, T. ; Mandát, Dušan ; Hrabovský, Miroslav ; Gallo, J.
Contribution is focused on possibility of using Fourier profilometry for measuring of the abrasion of cotyle implant, which is caused by using in the patient´s body. The projected optical structure in Fourier profilometry is sinusoidal pattern. The results showed, that sinusoidal pattern is not optimal optics structure to get sufficiently precise results. Instead of it, the linear pattern made by sequential drawing of linear strips can be used.
Materiology of mouldings for automobile industry
Mandát, Dušan ; Pech, Miroslav ; Hrabovský, Miroslav ; Pochmon, Michal ; Rössler, T.
This article treats of optical methods, that investigate defect of mouldings designed for automobile industry. We use simple optical system and image processing algorithm to measure surface deformation. The sources of defect usually are: scratch, bulge, grey, bristle etc.
Review of the topographic and profilometric methods developed in the Joint laboratory of optics in Olomouc
Rössler, T. ; Mandát, Dušan ; Hrabovský, Miroslav
The presented paper is dealt with the methods of the optical 3D measurement of the shape of objects. Generally, optical methods are employed especially for the possibility of contact-less measurement. The presented mehods are the shadow and projection moiré topograpy and the computational, Fourier and stereoscopic profilometry.
Phase analysis using Fourier transform profilometry
Mandát, Dušan ; Rössler, T. ; Hrabovský, Miroslav
The profilometry method used here is the Fourier-Transform Profilometry Method that was originally published by Takeda in 1982. The geometry of the experiment is very similar that used in Moiré Topography, but the advantage of this method is only one image of the projected grating is necessary to produce the resulting object´s fringes.
Zkušenosti s měřením reflexních vrstev u zrcadel používaných pro projekt Pierre Auger
Pech, Miroslav ; Hrabovský, Miroslav ; Schovánek, Petr ; Křepelka, Jaromír ; Palatka, Miroslav ; Nožka, Libor ; Mandát, Dušan ; Rössler, T. ; Řídký, Jan ; Boháčová, Martina
The Pierre Auger Observatory is designed for study of the universe's high energy particles, which evolve in the high layers of the atmosphere, where an elementary particle strikes with energy above 10.sup.19./sup. eV (1.6 J!). However, there is no scientific consensus about cosmic ray origin. The Auger Observatory is projected to gather the data needed to solve that puzzle. One of the detection technique is to observe these showers by fluorescent detectors, which are able to record the cascade development where the secondary particle causes atmospheric nitrogen to fluoresce.
Similarity of interference and holographic interferometry with moiré phenomena and possibility of use for modelling
Rössler, T. ; Hrabovský, Miroslav
The paper is devoted to modeling of two know effects, interference and holographic interferometry using another phenomena, colled the in-plane moiré. Although every method has various physical priciple and the result intensity patterns have various properties the generalized definition of moiré phenomena helps to find out the similarity between them.It is the similarity of shapes of intensity patterns.
Application of moiré topography for inspection of shape of pump blades
Rössler, Tomáš ; Hrabovský, Miroslav ; Keprt, Jiří ; Bartoněk, L.
The measurement of shape - the topography - of pump blade with the help of projection moiré is described here. The article contains theoretical basics of projection moiré the description of used experimental set-up and several representative experimental results.
Algorithm for automatic manufacturing control of general hydraulic surface
Rössler, Tomáš ; Hrabovský, Miroslav
During the manufacturing control the results of measurement of a surface have to be compared with a model (reference surface) given by the technical drawing to obtain the inaccuracy of manufacturing. Surfaces are generally rotated nad translated each to other.
