The subject of my bachelor thesis is to design a house with workshop in Brno-Slatina. The building has two floors, with no underground floor and his platform is rangy. Garage for one passanger car is part of the house. The living area is designed for a family of four. Workshop will be used as photoatelier. The structural system is made of brick. Living area of the building is covered with a shed roof over the garage roof is flat.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of family house with workroom in town Třinec. Family house has two above-ground floors a two shed roofs. House is designed for a family of four. The establishment (hairdresser‘s) has a shed roof. The building is designed as a wall construction system (Porotherm). The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.

The subject of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for double generation family house on the land parcel No. 1066/8. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the city Pustá Polom. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and appearance is created so that it engages local development. Further emphasis on ensuring the construction of the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building. The building has two floors and it has no cellar. It is covered with a flat roof. Layout of the 1st floor consists of one housing unit for two people, in the 2nd floor there is situated a housing unit for four people. Perimeter walls are made of brick blocks POROTHERM 42.5 T. The ceilings are made of joists POT and ceiling lining Miako.

The building does not have a basement and has two above – ground floors. In the first floor there is a workroom and entrance to the living area. The house is designed for a family of four. The building is made of wall construction system Porotherm, the roof of the house and the workroom is gabled. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is a family house with establishment which serves as projection office. Family house is in village Čechovice, locality Doubí, region Třebíč. It is two floor family house with a one floor part of establishment. The floor plan is irregular. There is possible its variability of construction. It is possible to build the house without dependence on establishment. The offices have got its own entrance, which does not limit in the living area. Object is designed from system HELUZ. External wall Heluz Family 500, ceiling construction Miako is above first above-ground floor, and above second above-ground floor is plasterboard hanged on roof construction. Roofing above the establishment and garage from warm flat roof, above the family house is mono-pitched roof.
