The increase of health problems in the population and the negative impact on the environment related to endocrine disruptors is also examined. Additionally, this thesis presents a basic overview of significant endocrine disruptors including their characteristics. Main findings: The rising incidence of metabolic and other endocrinological diseases is lately being connected with chemicals that have the ability to interfere with the endocrine system. These chemicals are known as endocrine disruptors and they have a potential to influence most of the bodily organ systems. Thus, they can be part of any endocrine disease, including the thyroid disorders, disorders of reproductive function, development of obesity and diabetes, commencement of some types of carcinoma etc. Currently there are more than thousand of these chemicals identified and there are many that remain unknown. The Educational Process in a Waldorf School with a View to the Teaching of the German Language

Meine Diplomarbeit sollte das pädagogische Konzept der Waldorfschule, als einer der wichtigsten Bildungsalternativen in der heutigen Tschechischen Republik, aus didaktischer Sicht untersuchen. In meiner Arbeit setzte ich mir vor allem das Ziel, die Spezifika der Methoden im Deutschunterricht dieser Schulform zu beschreiben. Zu diesem Zweck verwendete ich ausgewählte tschechische und fremdsprachliche Literaturquellen, zugängliche pädagogische Dokumente der Waldorfschulen und zahlreiche Internetseiten mit aktuellsten Informationen über das Thema. Für den praktischen Teil nutzte ich darüber hinaus noch folgende empirische Methoden: die Analyse der pädagogischen Dokumente, ein Interview und eigene Beobachtungen. Als Informationsquelle standen mir zwei Prager Grundschulen mit Waldorfunterricht und das neueröffnete Waldorflyzeum, gleichfalls in Prag, zur Verfugung. In den ersten drei Kapiteln beschäftigte ich mich mit dem Thema überwiegend theoretisch. Neben den Bemühungen der bedeutendsten alternativen pädagogischen Bewegungen um eine Umgestaltung der heutigen Schule, erläuterte ich die Anfänge und Hauptideen der Waldorfpädagogik und konzentrierte mich im übrigen auf die spezifische Schulorganisation und den Unterrichtsinhalt der Waldorfschule im Allgemeinen.

Multidisciplinary care of a patient with breast cancer

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the whole very difficult pathway of women with breast cancer diagnosis. The diagnosis which nobody wants to hear. I have found a lot of thesis about radiotherpy, about chemoterapy, about surgical themes or psychological problems associated with treatment. However, the breast cancer is so complex disease, which can affect lymphatic system, skeletal system, brain, lungs or liver, that it is impossible to divide phases of therapy. We can say with a little hyperbole that one doctor is no doctor. Multidisciplinary care and treatment is absolutely necessery, something, what we can't overview, because surgeon or oncologist without pathologist or radiologist is like a paraplegic. The thesis is divided into chapters, every chapter characterizes one phase of treatment and describes cure process of patient with special type of breast cancer - triple negative carcinom. The thesis focus on the description of the breast cancer diagnosis, its risk factors, epidemiology and describe treatment and nursing care through the whole spectrum of therapy. There is theoretical basis, multidisciplinary team decisions, psychological frame and main nursing diagnosis of appropriate phase of treatment in the each chapter.
