Lucie Kožešníková Number of pages: 68 Year of bachelor thesis defence: 2015 Abstract: Subject matter of this bachelor thesis are patiens diagnosed with pneumonia and hospitalized due to other complications at intensive care unit. I've taken a closer look at physiotherapy and its impact on patients' medical condition. There are also presented case history files of two patients in the practical part, one being rather stable, getting a good result in physical therapy, second one on the other hand having a lot of comorbidities, suffering various complications during the treatment and needing repeatedly an artifical ventilation. I've come to conclusion that physiotherapy can fulfil its potential only by patients with active attitude and rather uncomplicated course of treatment. Failing that, there is a minimal effect of physiotherapy on patients getting better. Zuzana Hamarová Pages: 92 Annex: 17 Year: 2014 Key words: Knee joint, rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, senzomotoric stimulation, balance aids The thesis deals with the possibilities of using sensomotoric patients after plastic surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament. For both me selected patients was used ST/G graft. In the theoretical section summarizes anatomical knowledge, information about biomechanics, the way LCA injury, the subsequent surgical treatment and the method of examination and rehabilitation after knee injury. The work is also given to sensomotoric and potential uses of balance aids. The empirical part describes the examination, but also therapy using sensomotoric at a young age of two patients after ACL reconstruction.
