Dolejskova 5 18200 PrahaS Abstract of rigorousthesis Task of this work has been to monitor the behaviour and to estimate the concentration of pollutants in atmosphere. To-this purpose was selected as a model town Jablonne nad Orlici and as a technical solution to the problem was physical modeling in the wind-tunnel (in scale 1:1000). First of all, I define important terms (mainly turbulence, atmospheric boundary layer), equations: that describe atmospheric motions, and give account of wind-tunnel and methods of measurement. I estimated the concentrations above the ground qualitatively (vissually - using laser knife) and quantitatively (using the infrared analyzer IREX and the flame ionization detector FID). . High imission load in a densely settled part of the town Jablonne nad Orlici was demonstrated. The dissertation deals with the current situation of the labour market, as well as presents legal wording in the field of labour law, employment law, labour code, their ammendments, and other important legal regulations. The aim of this work is an analysis of the existing situation of the labour market and the cooperation with employment offices and companies in the Czech Republic. In addition, it looks to define an understanding of the real situations and problems these institutions struggle with, using statistical and mathematical models learned during my studies.

The bachelor thesis {\clqq} Enterprise as a Social system`` is focused on non-governmental non-profit organizations. It is a kind of excursion into the history of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic and futhermore it creates the view of the contemporary condition in the Czech Republic and European Union. The gist of the work is to map out the non-governmental non-profit organizations in České Budějovice, to detect the range of services provided and to focus on select associations where opinion polls were conducted. On the basis of the opinion poll results the provided services and the fabric of users were analysed and suggestions of service extention in accordance with the users´ demands were made. The suggestions were designed to be financially obtainable.
