4 Abstract This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first is comprised of a side-by-side translation of the second chapter from book LIFE 3.0: Being Human in the Age of Artificial Intelligence by physicist and cosmologist Max Tegmark. The second part is a theoretical comment on the translation process with a scientific terminology glossary. The work focuses on the issue of insufficiently developed wordage of the Czech language in the means of fast-growing field of technology and informatics. The work pursues the methods of translation of words without a word-for-word variant in the Czech language.
