The Influence of Moisture of Lightweight Aggregate on the Concrete Properties

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of moisture of lightweight aggregate on the concrete properties. In the experiment, test specimens from two different lightweight aggregate, and two different input moisture states of lightweight aggregate were tested. The tests were performed to determine the basic properties of lightweight concrete after 7, 28 and 90 days of maturing. Compressive strength, tensile splitting strength and depth of penetration of water under pressure were determined on cubic specimens. On the test prisms were performed tests to determine the flexural strength and dynamic modulus of elasticity. The results were processed and evaluated in tabular and graphical form to determine statistical data and formulate a conclusion.

The influence of multiple cyclic loading on the properties of ordinary concrete

The diploma thesis deals with the observation of elastic and strength properties (primary moduli of elasticity and Poisson's ratio) of ordinary concrete before and after multiple cyclic loading. Test specimens with cylinder shape and diameter of 150 mm and height of a 300 mm were cyclically loaded up to 5000 loading cycles with resistive strain gauges to measure deformations so static modulus of elasticity could be determined. Further on the test specimens were performed tests to determine the dynamic modulus of elasticity and whole testing was finished with compressive strength test. The results were processed and selected properties evaluated in tabular and graphical form to determine statistical data and formulate a conclusion.

Influence economics crisis on labour market on Táborsko

My thesis includes two major parts ? theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part based on the literary resources focused on this economical part. This part explains some terms related to the labor market and unemployment, e.g. work, jobs, unemployment including its sorts and indicators, governance activities to reduction of unemployment, etc. Practical part, specialized on the situation of the region ?Táborsko?. This part is more extensive and involves following major points: o specification of the region ?Táborsko? o analysis of the labour market and unemployment in this region o questionnaire with unemployed people o discussion.

Analysis of labour market on Táborsko

Aim of this bachelor work is an analysis of a situation in a chosen region in CZ, especially job market, determination of factors which influence this market and suggestion of an action which would balance job offer and job demand. There will be defined problems, their solution or prevention and opportunities which can be expected on job market in Tábor region in the future. Studying of special literature was the first step during making this bachelor work. It was followed by getting statistical data, most often from Employment Office in Tábor and from Czech Statistical Office. The graphs and tables were made on the basis of this data. The work contains characteristic of Tábor region, unemployment analysis, number of unemloyed people and problem groups on the job market. Then there are mentioned main emloyers in Tábor region. Part of work is also dedicated to projects which are fellow-financed by EU. In the end there is SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses, oportunities and threats in Tábor region.
