Analýza odpadů, vznikajících v rámci provozu sladoven
Přikryl, Jan
The objective of this thesis is to carry out the analysis of wastes arising during the run of malthouse located in Hodonice nearby Znojmo. The analysis is focused on muds and screenings coming out of the sewage treatment plant of this malthouse. This malthouse is operated by the company Sladovny Soufflet CR, a.s. whose share in the annual malt production in Czech Republic makes around 60 %. The first part of the thesis describes technological steps in malt production, basic legislative requirements for sewage treatments plants and working processes and techniques in cleaning of liquid waste. The second half delivers insight into methodology of analyses performed and evaluates their results. In conclusion of this thesis there`re deduced measures how to process liquid waste in a more efficient way.
Model of e-commerce with customer support
Henčl, Luděk ; Přikryl, Jan (referee) ; Němcová, Zuzana (advisor)
The content of my bachelor thesis is the analyses, advantages, disadvantages and customer behaviour in e-bussiness space. The part of this analysis is proposal of concrete e-shop.
Modelling the internal environment in dispensing of pharmaceuticals
Přikryl, Jan ; Dvořáková, Hana (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
Topic of this Master's thesis is CFD simulations of indoor environment in a pharmacy building. CFD simulation have been done for summer and winter season for two scenarios of HVAC system. Results of simulations are visualized and evaluated.
Experimental verification of photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in concrete
Steinbergerová, Ivana ; Přikryl, Jan (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
This thesis is focused on gathering all available information on the application forms of photocatalytic TiO2 in concretes, especially in the surface layers of precast and monolithic structures. The paper describes in detail the properties of titanium dioxide alone, his special abilities, leading to a substantial improvement of the environment, through photocatalysis. Further verification methods are described photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide and titanium dioxide application in real projects. The practical part is tested recipes of secondary coatings from the production of company Precheza a.s. Přerov.
Třeba Air conditioning pharmacy premises
Přikryl, Jan ; Koňařík, Marcel (referee) ; Uher, Pavel (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is a project of air conditioning equipment in the area of pharmacy in Břeclav. In terms of this work there is used air ventilation, hot air ventilation and the air conditioning. Theoretical part examines the possibilities of backward heat retrieval and humidification. Project part pursues a desing of four air conditioning units for area of pharmacy.
Low-cost 3D printed device for fabrication of nanoESI tips by grinding
Přikryl, Jan ; Týčová, Anna ; Foret, František
The aim of this work was the development of a simple and low-cost device for nanospray tips fabrication. Although there are several ways of the tip preparation, grinding was chosen as the most suitable in this work. Inexpensive, flexible and reliable method of 3D printing was used for the device construction making it available for any research group with a 3D printer.
Model for the project area NOMŘÍZ
Přikryl, Jan
This document describes the basic state model of the area used in the updated version of the control algorithm for the project NOMŘÍZ. The document is a shortened version of the internal uncollated nonpublic implementation document for internal use ÚTIA and ELTODO as.
Statistical analysis and research on the links in the measured traffic data
Brabec, M. ; Konár, O. ; Kasanický, I. ; Pelikán, E. ; Přikryl, Jan
One of the current problems in transport research is the problem of availability of huge amounts of unused data measured telematics systems on motorways and urban roads. This data often contain information that - without the use of appropriate mathematical tools for data analysis - remain hidden and unused for traffic control. Within the project, a new method of traffic congestion in the urban areas, our aim is to propose new algorithms for adaptive control of urban transport networks. The current version of the algorithm is based on a linearized model of the development length of the queue of vehicles waiting at the red light, based on the classic balance of conservation. This model is for cases saturation supplemented alternative model queue length as a function of traffic occupancy detector. The aim of the work described in this report was to investigate possible links and other hidden states of the transport system, hidden in the measured data, and until now not considered by the traffic model used.
Overview of current scientific and application results in the control of traffic lights using fuzzy logic
Koukol, M. ; Přikryl, Jan
The report describes the basic principles of fuzzy approach to the management of traffic lights on roads, gives an overview of published literature and explains how implemetnace simple fuzzy control system within a microsimulation software.
Low-cost 3D-printed fluorescence detector for capillary electrophoresis
Přikryl, Jan ; Foret, František
We have verified the possibility of Fused Deposition Modeling (type of additive manufacturing) for lab-made construction of inexpensive fluorescence detector for capillary electrophoresis using commercially available optical components. Sensitivity of fabricated and assembled detection system was tested by fluorescein solutions. Limits of detection were determined for several tested arrangements.
