This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the current fourth industrial revolution and its impact on the automotive industry. This search also maps new technologies that can be used to increase the efficiency of car production. It presents examples of already implemented projects towards complete digitization according to the vision of Industry 4.0 and its potential for the future. A section is also devoted to the significant impact of automation and digitization on human resources.
