The next section analyzes the current state of the subsequent care of affected patients, the origin and content of some civil associations dealing with this issue. Then there is a program developed provided reconditioning stays clients after a stroke. Results: Work objectives have been met. Authors have an adequate amount of information available on follow-up care for people after stroke as well as disease itself. We pointed to the disease and importance of a comprehensive after-care of persons affected by this disease.
