The possibilities of social reintegration of drug addicts

The bachelor thesis deals with the social rehabilitation of drug addicts, so it maps the addictology services available in the Czech Republic for addictive substance addicts. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of addiction, its impacts on society and possible ways of solving this global problem. There is also mapped the area of addictological services in detention prisons and prisons of the Czech Republic. The survey was carried out through e-mail correspondence with individual prisons and one visit to the directly specialized departments of Jirice Prison. Practical part of the thesis verifies the information in the form of interviews in four cases, ie qualitative research. Respondents providing information for this work have undergone at least one of these treatments, and not only by abstinence and by changing their attitudes to life, they show that treating addicts makes sense.

Miková, V. Quality of services provided at Hotel U Tří lvů. Bachelor thesis. Brno, 2017. The bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of services provided at Hotel U Tří lvů in České Budějovice. The aim of the thesis is the compilation of draft recommendation for the improvement of quality providing services and awareness of the Hotel U Tří lvů in the South Bohemia in the Czech Republic with regard to corporate social responsibility. For the achievement of results, it has been made research by questionnaire, which was aimed to people living in South Bohemia. The result of research informs about awareness and satisfaction with Hotel U Tří lvů followed by the compilation of SWOT analysis and draft recommendation including corporate social responsibility.

Systematický přehled: Bullwhip efekt

Miková V. Systematic review: Bullwhip effect. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The diploma thesis is focused on the Bullwhip effect, also known as Forrester effect. The aim of this thesis is to provide a systematic review of the studies dealing with this effect in supply chain management. Part of this is the creation of a meta-analysis to identify and quantify the prevailing conclusions of selected studies and creation of a cluster analysis. Consequently, it is shown that authors identify four major causes of the effect, use moving average, minimum mean square error and exponential smoothing as methods for forecasting. Furthermore, in most cases they insufficiently describe examined sample. Information sharing, using information and communication technologies or number of echelons in supply chain are taken as major tools to reduce effect that help to optimize the supply chain.

Aspekty rozdělování příjmů a výdajů na spolupracující osoby

The thesis concerns with the consideration of the convenience of the allocation of incomes and expenses between the cooperative persons from the aspect of income tax. Together with it the continuity of obliged social and health con-scription will be observed. These are the next aspects that affect the allocation of incomes and expenses. Furthermore, the thesis define a cooperative person and its duties, social and health insurance and the high of advance payments which self-employed and cooperative people are obliged to pay. On the concrete examples from real situations the convenience of this institute is noted, calculated and considered. On the trial examples the detailed calculation is illustrated. These concerns with the tax liability of tax payers, the calculation of the additional pay-ment of social and health insurance and the calculation of the new height of advance payment for consequent period.
