Clavarioid fungi: overview of their systematics and data on diversity in the Czech Republic

In the first part of my bachelor thesis Clavariaceae family is characterized in historical, morphological and ecological perspective and three main genera Clavaria, Clavulinopsis and Ramariopsis with clavarioid and ramarioid morphology of fruit body are described. The second part surveys the development of their systematics and discusses the most important genera, which in certain phases of the system progress emerged in the Clavariaceae family. It also put emphasis on the characters that led the autors to their conclusions and on the development of the generic concept of the three mentioned clavarioid genera. The third part summarizes older and recent knowledge on the diversity of the three mentioned genera in the Czech Republic on the basis of the literature data. Systematics of the genus Ramariopsis (Basidiomycota, Clavariaceae) in central Europe

The genus Ramariopsis (Clavariaceae, Agaricales) having ramarioid, rarely clavarioid basidiomata includes about 15 species in central Europe. They are probably saprotrophic species which usually occur in grasslands or rarely open places in shrubs or deciduous forests. In this work, 88 collections of this genus mainly from the Czech Republic and Slovakia were studied, of which 57 sequences from the LSU and 36 from the ITS regions of the nuclear ribosomal RNA gene complex were obtained. Based on molecular-phylogenetic analyses using the maximum likelihood and bayesian methods, phylogenetic trees were created showing 16 well-supported clades. So detailed study on the phylogeny and relationships among species of the genus Ramariopsis is presented for first time, even within the world literature. Subsequent morphological analysis supported by SEM study of basidiospores showed that obtained clades represent nine species known in taxonomic literature, three so far non-described species (that were labelled with provisional names) and four clades whose interpretation is uncertain at the moment. Thus, seven clades represent cryptic diversity, which is a rather high extent. A new species Ramariopsis robusta Matouš et Holec has already been published and Ramariopsis rufipes and Ramariopsis kunzei var. bispora...

Nursing care of patient with a hepatic cirhosis

V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku jaterní cirhózy. Cílem mé práce je zpracovat případovou studií. Popsat úlohu ošetřovatelské péče při řešení problémů a to s aktivní účasti pacienta. Vyřešení problémů spěje ke zvýšení kvality života na co nejvyšší možnou úroveň. Práce je členěna na kapitoly, má klinickou a ošetřovatelskou část. V klinické části se věnuji anatomii jater a základní charakteristice onemocnění, vyvolávajícím faktorům, příznakům, diagnostice a léčbě onemocnění. Druhou část tvoří ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s jaterní cirhózou. V této části své práce používám metodu ošetřovatelského procesu. Při sběru informací vycházím z modelu Fungujícího zdraví Marjory Gordonové. Informace o klientovi jsem získala při rozhovoru s pacientem, z jeho zdravotnické dokumentace, od jeho manželky a na základě přirozeného pozorování. Stanovila jsem aktuální ošetřovatelské problémy - ošetřovatelské diagnózy, ošetřovatelské intervence. Dále se v textu zabývám popisem realizace a hodnocením. Potencionální ošetřovatelské problémy se jistě také vyskytují, ale vzhledem k psychickému stavu pacienta jsem upřednostnila zabývat se podrobněji jeho psychologickou anamnézou. V závěru práce se věnuji prognóze onemocnění. Práci uzavírá přehled použitých zkratek, přehled literatury a přílohy (Formulář)...

Nursing care of the patient with Ulcerative Colitis

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je případová studie ošetřování pacientky s ulcerózní kolitidou. Toto téma jsem si vybrala, protože pracuji v gastroenterologické ambulanci a pacientů s touto diagnózou do naší ambulance dochází poměrně mnoho. V obecné části práce je popsána stručná anatomie a fyziologie trávicího traktu. V další části se věnuji charakteristice ulcerózní kolitidy obecně, je zde rozebrána etiologie, formy nemoci, její diagnostika, léčba a prognóza. V klinické části popisuji stav 40-ti leté pacientky R.V., hospitalizované s druhou atakou ulcerózní kolitidy na standardním interním oddělení. V této části jsem vycházela z informací získaných od nemocné, z dokumentace, od ošetřujícího lékaře, příbuzných a přátel pacientky. Je zde rozepsána léčba a průběh hospitalizace. V ošetřovatelské části se věnuji samotné péči o nemocnou, která probíhala metodou ošetřovatelského procesu. K získání informací od pacientky jsem použila koncepční model Marjory Gordonové. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy a plán péče jsem stanovila v den příjmu na oddělení v odpoledních hodinách. Na konci ošetřovatelské části je uveden dlouhodobý plán péče, zhodnocení psychosociálního stavu a edukace nemocné.
