	Work productivity and its effect on the economic performance of the company MATĚJKOVÁ, Vendula The aim of the thesis is to find out whether work productivity has an effect on the economic performance of the company. The company in which the connection is being investigated is called HR metal and is based in Brno. The goal is achieved with the help of two analyses. In the first one, the productivity of work in the company is analyzed. Value-added work productivity and production-based work productivity are calculated. In the second analysis, the financial situation of the company is examined, which is determined from the results of financial analysis calculations. Share and difference indicators are calculated, and finally a comprehensive financial analysis is made, which takes into account all economic aspects at once and is more comprehensive. After all sub-analyses have been calculated, the curves of summary indicators and work productivity are shown in one graph, and the main deviations of these two curves and their trend are examined. At the end of the thesis, it is evaluated whether the goal was achieved and what was found during the analyzes and their evaluation. Detailed record

First part of the thesis discusses the process of strategic planning in nonprofit sector and methods that can be used by nonprofit organizations to measure effectiveness. Creation and use of the strategy map designed by Kaplan and Norton is also described. In the second part a strategy map is created for a Czech regional gallery and its subsequent use is proposed. 	Analýza zisku podle činností v konkrétním malém podniku Matějková, Vendula ; Menšík, Michal (advisor) ; Pluhařová, Hana (referee) Tato práce je aplikací principů manažerského účetnictví na malý výrobní a obchodní podnik, který dosud využíval pouze finanční účetnictví. V rámci práce je analyzována ziskovost několika činností tohoto podniku. V první fázi jsou zde alokovány náklady na jednotlivé činnosti na základě příčinné souvislosti jejich vynaložení. V druhé fázi je sestavena kalkulace přínosu jednotlivých činností k výsledku podniku a přínos činností je navzájem porovnán. Na základě odlišení fixních a variabilních nákladů je zhodnocen i dopad zvětšování rozsahu provádění každé z činností. Práce také přináší příklady využití kalkulačních odpisů. Detailed record
