The house has 3 floors out of which two are residential areas and in each of them there are two residential units. On the first floor shared areas can be found. Vertical supporting constructions are made by walled technology from ceramic breeze-blocks Porotherm 30T Profi Dryfix and Porotherm 25 AKU SYM. Horizontal contructions are assembled from Porotherm supporting elements and MIAKO walled breeze-blocks. Roofing is made by an aisle roof. During the design processing the impact was put on increased comfort for using it and the overall modern concept of the house.

Návrh konstrukčního řešení čalouněného prvku "taburetu" s možností variability v přechodné spaní
Malec, Pavel
This thesis describes the design solution of upholstered element "pouffe" with a possibility of variability in transitional sleeping. The proposed structural design is created in the form of drawing documetation with a list of parts, includes an economic evaluation of the own material costs and visualizations. This solution has been developed on the basis of information gained by the survey of homegrown and foreign market and then of course from the knowledge of the issue, which is also collected in this work. Market research is evaluated from economical and material point of view. That means that the solution is in accordance with not only with the security requirements but also with the requirements for ergonomics and anthropometry of "pouffes" and bedded furniture.
