The diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preparation of apartment buildings in „Nad Městěm“ locality in Nové Město na Moravě. The buildings have four above-ground floors and one underground floor with garages. This work contains a technical report of a construction project, a coordination situation with broader transport routes, a time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the cross building budget, the technological regulations, the control and test plans and specialized assignment of the noise study.

Content of this master‘s thesis is construction technological project of the extension Senior Centrum Blansko. The main object is a three-storyed, designed as a monolithic skeleton construction. The masters’s thesis contains technical report of the construction technological project, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction, time schedule, budget, wider relations of transport lines to construction site, implementation of monolithic concrete structures and control and test plan.

Assembly of Steel Hall in Okřínek

The bachelor thesis describes the realization assembly of steel hall in Okrinek. The part of this stage is assembly off all elements steel hall including trapezoidal sheet metal. The thesis handles with technological prescription, assessment of transport itineraries, itimized budget with statement of quantities, design of site equipment, construction schedule, inventory of machines, control and test plan and occupational safety and health. In the last chapter of the thesis, there is described a fire-resistant coating of steel construction. The annexes consist of blueprints situation, The situation with wider transport relations, blueprints for the site technologies, process of assembly of stell hall, process of assembly of trapezoidal sheet metal and schedule.

Constructive - Technological Project of Medical Center in Vizovice

The diploma thesis is based on a project of medical centre in Vizovice. The medical centre is designed as a three-floor building with a receding top floor. Building foundations are designed from foundation pads and strips from reinforced concrete, the load-bearing masonry is designed from hollow clay blocks ZELUS, a reinforced concrete ceiling is designed as a bracing element. The medical centre is roofed by a flat roof with a PVC covering. This thesis deals with the budget and time plan of the whole construction, transport accessibility of the building, building maintenance instructions and maintenance costs for 25 years, daylighting of room number 1.32, an engineering report of construction site equipment and its drawing, a design of lifting mechanism of the site equipment, a plan for transport of concrete and concreting the floor slabs. The thesis is mainly focused on roofing of the medical centre, technological regulation for the roofing and reinforced concrete floor slabs is elaborated, as well as a control and test plan for the floor slabs from the reinforced concrete and for the roof PVC foil.

Roofing of the New Apartment Building in Rajhrad

Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the new apartment building in Rajhrad. Roof is designed as a cold mono-pitched roof consists of metal plate-connected timber truss. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing timber structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health.

The topic of this master thesis is dealing with selected parts of the constructional and technological project of laboratoty pavilion for technology of AS in Brno. Thesis is mainly focused for technological instructions of ground works, support of next building and solving of city center problems. Components of this thesis are evaluation plans and work place safety protocols. Next content of thesis are study of main technological phases, time and finanical plans, items budget, selected details, construction site equipment and design and verification of tower crain.

The master thesis deals with a conception and realization of a constructional and technological project of new manufacturing and administrative hall Hydraulics s.r.o. The thesis studies the realization of the major technological constructing stages of the building. It also covers projects of the construction site, the time schedule, the plan of the main building machines and mechanisms and the budget. Furthermore, the master thesis solves technological regulations for foundations made with bored piles, the budget according to THU including the check plan, the test plan and the safety plan. Also, the assessment of the construction composition is attached.

Construction-technological preparation of the Smart Light shop in Bratislava

The main subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of construction and technological preparation for the main structure of the Smart Light shop in Bratislava. For main structure has been processed time schedule of the construction, single item budget, machine configuration design, drawing of building site, coordination situation of the building with connection to the infrastructure, safety and health protection during work on building site. Part of the thesis is processing study of main construction technological parts. Diploma thesis in technological prescript focuses on implementation of floor structure with cast epoxy walking surface. There has been elaborated testing and quality plan of this technological part. Additional chapter approximates built-in technology – cooling ceiling structure. For elaboration of this diploma thesis were used programs AutoCAD, CONTEC, BuildPowerS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
