The proposal responds to the existing buildings and historic buildings. An important feature is the strong position of the corner. The proposed building follows the shields leading into the area in addition to the mass based on historical buildings at the corner position. The subject of the diploma thesis is based on the specific intention of the town Žďár nad Sázavou for the reconstruction of the original kindergarten building at Okružní Street. The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional community center with operational and administrative facilities. The main starting point is the work with the existing building - reconstruction and extension of the original kindergarten building. Contrary to conventional new construction "on green meadows, this assignment emphasizes the use of existing values, thickening and strengthening of the existing city, as opposed to the contemporary colonization of the free landscape.
