LINHARTOVÁ, Angelika

It includes temperamental typologies or skills associated with the practice of the teaching profession. Furthermore, the developmental stages of adulthood or the educational activities of teachers. The thesis contains the topic of partnership, effective communication, and its techniques. The practical part consists of the results of interviews conducted with children in their last year of preschool. The interviews are accompanied by children's drawings. According to children, in primary school, compared to kindergarten, the teacher is stricter in order to maintain discipline, and more restricting towards their freedom. However, the emphasis on compliance with the rules is also attributed to kindergarten teachers, but not to such an extent. The outcome of the interviews also shows that the children would like their teacher to be kind, cheerful and helpful. Children further state that their teacher should have certain artistic, sports and musical skills.
