The diploma thesis is focused on the theme of the garden of artists and the principles of their renewal. The selection of artists, prominent creative personalities, was directed to represent as many artistic disciplines as possible. Selected gardens were analyzed; Studied the original condition, followed the development and, of course, the current appearance of the garden. It was studied whether the artistic focus in some way did not look like a garden, and whether the gardens fall or should fall under some conservation monument. As a result of this analytical part, it was the pronouncing of the connecting elements, the fact that the gardens are something specific, what their atmosphere, identity is. In the design section, three gardens were selected, where the type of renovation and restoration was appropriately selected. The selection of the restoration was based on the criterion of history, present, but also intention for the future. At the end of the thesis general principles were stated in the newly created interventions in art gardens.

Zahrady zakládané umělci a jejich specifika

Bachelor thesis deals with the art private gardens. Struggling to find their character, specifics, using compositional elements and principles. The work is complemented with a brief historical overview of artists dealing with garden art and landscape architecture. But the focus of the work is based on exploration of contemporary Czech artists. It made 16 visits to the Czech Republic and studied in situ the issue. The idea of "2 I", which means, first, intuition, secondly inspiration. Two substantial gravity, two planes, closely linking relationship artist - garden. It was then evaluated among others on the basis of literature. The findings were analyzed and presented together with artistic activities which each artist deals. As common elements were defined as the popularity of fruit trees, representation fireplace,water and compost, especially garden human intervention to regulate only slightly. Freedom, freedom and tradition are more preferred. The objective of achieving a sense of natural gardens, slightly wild, overgrown. Search artistic influence on the formation of the garden. Given the background and knowledge were used, and used in the practical part of the work on the selected model area. It commissioned a study supported by visual material.
