The development of agricultural land in the cadastral municipality Chodouň

The thesis is focused on the historical development of the agricultural landscape in the cadastral municipality Chodouň that is related to the analysis of macrostructure and microstructure of the landscape. An important output of the script and further development of the area in the future. This work compares and analyzes the changes of agricultural land for a period of about 200 years. A targeted analysis of landscape changes were used cadastral maps, orthophoto maps from the 50s of the 20th century, contemporary orthophoto maps indigenous ownership and maps made landscaping. Map data were processed and assembled in the program ArcGIS ArcMap-10.03 The results show major structural changes in the agricultural landscape. The work points to a significant increase in soil units, canceling field trips and yield a significant increase in development. The results can be used in the future to the proper management of the landscape.
Cultural landscape development in the selected study areas of the Šumava

This thesis follows the development of the area of cultural landscape in the Šumava National Park. It follows the detailed development of particular land use categories in selected areas. Specifically speaking about the cadastral area of Horská Kvilda, as one separate area, and the second one consists of cadastral areas of former villages Bučina and Knížecí Pláně. The entire development land use changes in the study areas is divided into three time periods according to availability of data. First period contains the compulsory imperial maps of stabile cadastre, which were performed in 1826 and 1837. Following period is based on the aerial pictures dated 1947 till 1962. The timeline is closed by the current orthophotomap from year 2014. The text part of this thesis deals firstly with the general issue of landscaping and subsequently describes particular development of cultural landscape in Šumava. In the graphical part it can found all available map sources vectorised, divided into separate land use categories of the chosen localities. In the whole National Park area, vectorised zones are divided into forest and non-forest parts. The results show differences in range of particular land use areas and enable us to observe the development of Šumava landscape throughout the time. These resutls pointing out present time trend of development of study areas as well as the need of specific management practices to keep their ecological values.
Influence of the brown coal extraction on the landscape pattern changes in the Most study area

This task presents the historic character of the selected area Most area before the start of lignite mining and after mining. Trying to objectively evaluate what the impact of mining on the landscape and return to the situation in which the country found itself. The work includes photographs and a description. With the help of historical documents and photographs will be judged influence culturally - green and the result will be evaluated as a change in the influence of negative, zero, when the return of the original landscape features observed with respect to functionality and aesthetic requirements, respectively. positive when the country has exceeded the original landscape functionality and achieve high ecological value. Then comes the final assessment of the current status and sustainability of the changes described in the future.
Impacts of geocaching on the landscape

This Bachelor thesis deals with geocaching and its consequences, which leaves on the landscape. This work seeks to determine whether geocaching as an ever-growing and relatively young game entails positive and negative consequences and that these consequences prevail. The literary research describe the fundamental aspects of geocaching and characterization and description of the landscape as authors which deals with this, interpret this theme I describe ensure positive and negative impacts, which mainly i draw from own experience with this game. I describes the establishment of its own cache, relating to the findings of the impact on the surrounding landscape. I refer to the cache, which are located in the countryside of Středočeský kraj. The end of this thesis is to evaluate the theoretical and practical part to a specific caches.
Land Analysis needful for complex landscaping

This thesis deals with a detailed analysis of available data for the area, which is the cadastral area Malý Bor district Klatovy, which subsequently serves as a major base for the actual process of implementing the komplex landscaping. It also includes my own field research. In the first part are described in detail and explained the particular concepts related to the landscape, landscaping, and for them the important materials. In another part is defined the researched area and it is described in terms of historical, typological, geomorphological, geological, climatic, hydrological, phytogeographical and geobiocenological. In the following part there is the description of the available materials and economic land use. With all these available data have been maked particular analyzes that lead to evaluation road infrastructure, water and wind erosion, the situation of nature and landscape protection, water management measures and landscape greenery. Everything is completed by findings from the field research and my own photographs. On these findings are based and individual recommendations or warnings, which serve as comments in a case of implementation of comprehensive landscaping.
Historical development of landscape with elements of baroque architecture in the Chyše study area (Karlovy Vary Region)

This thesis deals with the monitoring and evaluation of the development of landscape structure in the municipality Chyše in Karlovy Vary Region. Hereafter the work focuses on the study of small sacral architecture and its impact on the overall appearance of the contemporary landscape. For analysis of the area were used map data from three periods. The oldest substrates were Imperial Imprints of cadastral maps stable from 1841. Furthermore, it was the black and white aerial photographs from 1952 and current orthophotos from 2014. The first part focuses on the definition of general concepts and issues in the direction of landscape. The second part focuses on the characteristics and history of the area. The third part deals with the processing of the underlying data in ArcGIS 10.2. The data were vectorised based on three time periods. This was followed by their distribution into categories LU/LC. And the final phase was analysing data, including interpretation. The results point to the current and past trends of changes in the landscape structure. It can trace mainly by the declining mosaicity and thus increasing the overall landscape facets. Since the 1950' soccurs larger areas of forests at the expense of agricultural land. The landscape around Chyše, however, retains partly its distinctive character, despite all the outside influences. The results show the evolution of the landscape structure with a substantial contribution from a man for nearly 180 years. Significant benefits can bring results as a source for the future development of the area, especially in the field of landscape planning, urban planning and land consolidation.
Plan of collective equipment realized in terms of land consolidation program in the Kutná Hora study area (Central Bohemian region)

This diploma thesis focuses on the finished complex land consolidation in Kutna Hora district. It describes realized elements of the collective equipment plan in selected cadastral areas of Dobreň, Hořany, Hostovlice, Nové Dvory, Okřesaneč and Vlkaneč. The problematic of the land consolidation is described in the literal survey at the beginning of this work. The main goal of this thesis is to judge current state of the realized elements making use of documents of cadastral office in Kutna Hora and results of performed field research in the cadastral areas in question. The status of the Kutna Hora land consolidation is evaluated in this work as well. The most important contribution of this thesis is addition of the results into the publicly accessible electronic catalogue of the realized collective equipment of the land consolidation..

This study describes the development of land consolidations. It summarizes their main goals, forms, procedures and possibilities of financing. It is concerned with the plan of common facilities which defines the protective measures for landscape, e.g. pathway networks, erosion control, water management and other elements for the protection and creation of the environment. The main part of the study deals with the executed elements, which are designed in the plan of common facilities in the cadastral area of Hlízov, Přítoky, Miskovice, Rašovice by Uhlířské Janovice and Opatovice I in the district of Kutná Hora. Executed elements are described and evaluated according to project documentation and field research. The enclosed maps complete an overall survey of designed and executed elements in the area.
Monitoring the Effectiveness of Land Consolidation in Karlovy Vary and Hradec Králové Regions

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of comprehensive land consolidation in Karlovy Vary and Hradec Králové regions. It provides a summary overview about finished comprehensive land consolidation in the regions, including main parameters of the land consolidation. The subjects of research are parameters entering into the land consolidation and changes of these parameters after that, for example number of parcels, the plan of common measures, etc. Then a success of the land consolidation is evaluated (especially the effect of unification). Land consolidation is also evaluated depending on regional, natural characteristics of the regions. The effectiveness of land consolidation in Karlovy Vary and Hradec Králové regions has not been evaluated yet, so this is the reason for this thesis.
Catalog of Common Measures, Additions, Updates in Selected Cadastral Units in District Písek

This bachelor´s thesis deals with common measures which was put into practice in comprehensive land consolidation in Písek District. Main target of this thesis is created new records in Catalogue of common measures of land consolidation based on materials from Regional Land Office for South Bohemian Region, Písek branch office. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on land consolidation´s issues, the procedure and goals. Information about common measures is included. Next section is dedicated to results of processed data and their evaluation in different terms.
