Apartment building

An Object of Bachelor Thesis is an apartment building in Dačice city in the South Bohemia region. The object is designed like a separately standing apartment building with three levels. Inside there are nine flats totally and five of them are smaller. My choice of a construction system is POROTHERM. The construction of the ceiling is created like a reinforced concrete slab with a monolith which is reinforced by a cross. The levels connection is created by the reinforced concrete stairs. For insulation was used ETICS system. A kind of a roof of the house is a flat roof. A place in front of the house is for parking places. The Bachelor Thesis project was created by ArchiCAD software. ArchiCAD software and Artlantis software were used to visualize the project. All constructions comply with ČSN standards.
