Also to find out whether these two abilities correlate with each other, if the best players in agility also achieve the best results in tests focused mainly on change of direction speed and which components distinguish these two abilities from each other. Method: By using metaanalysis we first define the parameters of individual performance in football, its requirements and needs at the present time, the importance of change of direction speed and agility for football performance. At the same time, we will determine the differences between the environment and preparation of football players in the Czech republic and abroad. Title: Participation of the players on the team game performance in ZBL matches Objectives: My work deals with the proportion of female players on the team's performance in the game of basketball teams in the women's top basketball competition - ZBL. My main aim is to explore these trends from the season 1998/1999 to 2019/2020. The file of observed extraleague players was divided into three categories (Czech players under 20 years, foreigners, Czech players over 20 years). At the same time I determined the monitored characteristics (number of players, numbers of minutes played, numbers of points scored, coefficients of validity) that are significant for the research. The data from the Women's Basketball League can be found on the website of Czech Basketball Federation, where they are available. This work follows, updates and extends my Diploma thesis (2014). Methods: The study is based on the secondary analysis of statistical data of different teams that participated in the seasons from 1998/1999 to 2019/2020 in the Women's Basketball League (ZBL). The focused seasons are divided into several years cycles and for further processing I used basic statistical and comparative methods, to get information if there is existence of link among focused situation we used Chi- squared test independence in...

Title: Reconditioning program for individuals after meniscus distortion Student: Petr Janota Supervisor: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, Ph.D. Aims: The aim of the work was to assess the effectiveness of the reconditioning plan on the proband, which is after the injury and subsequent arthroscopy of the knee joint. The effectiveness of the reconditioning plan will be evaluated by improving the values in the pretest and posttest using a diagnostic test battery including postural stability, run analysis, muscle strength and kinesiological analysis. Methodology: After an initial literature search and subsequent pretest, a reconditioning program was compiled, which was then applied to the proband. During this reconditioning plan, body composition parameters were monitored using Tanita MC-980, strength of knee extensors and flexors using HumacNorm, locomotion symmetry using 3D running, lower limb circumference parameters, shortened muscle groups according to Janda. Results: I compared the comparison of pretest and posttest values on a selected proband and I noticed an improvement in the body weight parameter in the body composition parameter. Furthermore, the maximum strength of the knee extensors at the operated leg improved and the proband improved in many parameters in the locomotion symmetry parameter. There was...
