Solution of a unified register of data bases for the locality of a slope landslide area at VD Šance Řečica
Kajzar, Vlastimil ; Staš, Lubomír
The subject of the assignment was the requirement for the design and implementation of a solution for a unified register of data bases for the locality of a slope landslide area at VD Šance Řečica, using database technologies.\nThe current state of registration of documents for the slope area of Řečica is not entirely optimal. Information on individual documents is not centralized, but is distributed in various forms in many often very difficult to access and searchable places. In this state, there is a very difficult search for relevant information, or their redundancy, which leads to increasing demands on the required operating time and technical resources. Also, analyzes of a different character performed on an incomplete set of input data can often lead to misleading results.\nThe solution to this situation is the current transition to the use of database technologies, which in this respect brings, in addition to the basic function of comprehensive register of data, a number of other indisputable advantages.\nThe newly created relational database counts 879 records at the current time, thematically divided into 7 attribute tables. Individual records are formed by a combination of text, numerical, time and automatically calculated items (so-called attributes). The key registered items are data in the form of a hypertext link, enabling convenient access to all specific data bases of the unified register.
Elevation measurements in the northern area of mining areas Doubrava and Karvina Mines I in 2020
Kajzar, Vlastimil ; Staš, Lubomír ; Foldyna, Josef
In the northern area of the Doubrava and Karviná Mines I mining districts on the border of the cadastral district Dětmarovice and Doubrava, mining operations are underway. For this reason, in order to identify possible mining effects on the surface and surface objects, the stabilized points in this area are surveyed regularly twice a year. Since 2014 the Institute of Geonics AS CR, v.i., Ostrava has been selected as the contractor of these works. In June and November 2020, the surveying stages planned for this year were carried out, during which altogether 4 interconnected leveling routes, which are formed by these points, were carried out.
Deformometric and leveling measurements in the cadastral area of Dětmarovice village in 2020
Kajzar, Vlastimil ; Staš, Lubomír ; Foldyna, Josef
Institute of Geonics AS CR, v.v.i. in Ostrava was in 2001 asked by the ČSA Mine, in connection with the considered underground mining of coal reserves and its possible impact on the cadastral district of Dětmarovice, to assess the possible effects of undermining on slope stability in selected parts of the cadastral district of Dětmarovice. Mining results in, among other things, surface subsidence, which, given the existing terrain morphology in the cadastral area, has raised concerns as to whether these subsidence will further induce slope movements. Thus, in November 2001, a monitoring monitoring network with four individual profiles was established in the area. On these lines it was recommended to perform deformometric (length) and leveling (height) measurements at the same intervals. The first of a pair of planned deformometric and height measurements in 2020 was carried out in May, the second during October.

Possibilities of using 3D laser scanning in geotechnical practise
Kukutsch, Radovan ; Kajzar, Vlastimil ; Šňupárek, Richard ; Waclawik, Petr
We are experiencing the penetration of modern and smart technologies in all sectors of human activity, including mining and geotechnics. One of these technologies is 3D laser scanning, which has seen significant technological advancements over the last decade and has become an integral part of underground construction monitoring as a tool to enable comprehensive, accurate and unbiased capture of the spatial situation in digital form. This development was behind the fact that since 2013, 3D laser scanner has been used by the Institute of Geonics of the Czech Academy of Sciences as a necessary part of the geotechnical monitoring of mine works, when it is possible to precisely detect and quantify the time-space changes caused by man's intervention in the rock mass compared to the traditional established measuring methods. A leading project of recent years was the monitoring of the strain stress state of the rock massif during the 30th seam extraction during the trial operation of the Room and Pillar extraction method in the CSM Mine shaft safety pillar where, besides many other measuring instruments, 3D laser scanning was used for the convergence measuring of roadways, especially for capturing any deformation changes on the permanent pillars. A complementary function was the comparative evaluation with the results of other tools, e.g. with data measured by horizontal extensometers. The subject of the article will be a general description of the possibilities of using 3D laser scanning in geotechnical practice on spatial data acquired during the monitoring lasting almost 3.5 years, when important phenomena were detected in the movement of the pillar walls and the floor heave in the CSM Mine in the tens of cm, sometimes up to 100 cm.

Elevation measurements in the northern area of mining areas Doubrava and Karvina Mines I in 2018
Kajzar, Vlastimil
In the northern area of the mining quarters Doubrava and Karviná Doly I, on the border of the Dětmarovice and Doubrava Regional Authority, mining works are carried out. For this reason, the points in this area are stabilized on a regular basis twice a year in order to determine possible mine effects on surface and surface objects. Since 2014, the Institute of Geonics ASCR, v.v.i., Ostrava has been chosen as the contractor of these works. The first campaign in 2018 was held in May. During this time, a total of 4 inter-linked leveling routes were created, which are the points formed. The elevation measurements were made using the geometric centering method in the precision leveling category. The leveling measurements were performed with the SOKKIA SDL1X Digital Leveling Device (SDL1X11-41 No. 100333) combined with Inline Bar Leveling Lines - two three-meter TOPCON BIS30 Lathes (59273 and 59275) and one TOPCON Bar BIS10 (Part No. 59599). The execution of the height measurements was very difficult due to the terrain. The intention of this fact had to be very short, so that their numbers were increased. Despite these constraints, the principle of the same length of intent has been followed. Values were measured in the Bpv height system.
Deformometric and leveling measurements in the cadastral area of Dětmarovice village in 2018
Kajzar, Vlastimil
Institute of Geonics AS CR, v.v.i. in 2001, in connection with the underground mining of coal reserves and its possible influence on the cadastral area of Dětmarovice, Ostrava was asked in 2001 to assess the possible impacts of undermining on the stability of slopes on selected parts of the cadastral territory of Dětmarovice. Consequences of the mining are, among other things, surface drops, which, due to the existing morphology of the terrain in the cadastral area in question, raised the concern that these declines would not further induce sloping movements.\nIn November 2001, a monitoring monitoring network of four individual profiles was built in the locality. On these lines it was recommended to perform deformometric (longitudinal) and leveling measurements at the same intervals. From the subsequent periodic deformometric and leveling monitoring of these slopes before the development of the descending basin into the monitored area and then during the period of manifestation of the effects of the mining, it is possible to determine whether the slope deformations develop at all and then to point out the possible causes of possible movements (morphological-geotechnical and climatic conditions, mining and anthropogenic activity, etc.).
