Modernisation and digitization of assembly line

The thesis aims to analyse the introduction of digitisation in the selected plant and its ad-vantages. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the history of industry, the current fourth industrial revolution with an emphasis on the automotive industry in the Czech Republic and shows selected trends of digitization. The second half of the thesis focuses on the specific digitization of the production board, the analysis before and after the im-plementation, the implementation phases, as well as the advantages and obstacles of the implementation. The analysis is based on the employee's own experience of the chosen company. The output of the analysis is the tipping point of the selected investment and the timeline of the introduction in the selected plant.
Comparative analysis of Czech and French legislation of matrimony and the legal French terminology including a glossary

The thesis deals with particularised comparison of marriage in the Czech and French law system. The first part of this thesis explains the principal words such as marriage and divorce and their different conceptions and definitions between two cultures. Most important part of this thesis is comparative analysis of marriage solemnizations in the Czech Republic and in France as well as divorce in these two European countries. The language part of the thesis is set up of the analysis of French terms and Czech-French terminology vocabulary. The thesis contributes to understand the knowledge of Czech and French legal systems in the terms of family law.
Withdrawal from a contract in business relations (preconditions and consequences)

RESUME The aim of this thesis is to provide a general description of the purpose, functions and principles governing the right to unilaterally terminate a contract under Czech law. The main part of the thesis provides overview of the provisions of the new Civil Code regarding termination of contract, describing the conditions for termination of the contract, limitations on contractual freedom to agree upon grounds for the termination of the contract, prerequisites of the termination of the contract and the legal consequences to the rights and obligations of the contractual parties following successful termination of the contract. The thesis differentiates between the following generally applicable grounds for the termination of the contract: (i) a material breach of contract; (ii) a breach of contract (whether material or immaterial) constituting delay within the meaning of the new Civil Code, (iii) fulfilment of specific obligation with defects and (iv) anticipatory breach of contract. Each ground for termination is analysed in detail and the overlaps of the specific grounds for termination is identified.
