Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis Status Post Right Hip Disarticulation. Summary: The main purpose of thesis is summary of teoretical findings about lower limb amputacion and processing of case study of the pacient with the hip disarticulation. The general part includes facts from anatomy, kineziology, amputations and prosthetics of lower limb. It pointes to great psychological, social and economical impact which should be dealt with. The special part consists of case history, inicial examination, short-term and long-term physiotherapy care about pacient after hip disarticulation. The therapeutic exercises are described in detail. Final inspection is compared with the result of the inicial examination and in the end of the thesis is evaluated the therapeutic effect.
