Optimization of Production Processes Using Lean Methodology
Jablonka, Ján ; MBA, Marek Chromý, (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the implementation of lean manufacturing principles according to the lean methodology in selected company to minimize waste and effectiveness of production. The theoretical part is focused on defining the terms lean manufacturing, waste and lean methods that serve as the foundation for the practical part. The practical part is divided into several parts. First step is to do a SWOT analysis of production in a particular company. Using the lean tools, we find the root cause of the problem and propose solutions to effectiveness the manufacturing process. Part of the proposals will also benefit the proposed solutions. It is necessary to note that according to the lean methodology, not every proposal must automatically have a financial impact.
Economic Aspects of Introducing Process Innovation in a Manufacturing Enterprise
Kosíková, Žaneta ; Jablonka, Ján (referee) ; Bočková, Nina (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis "Economic Aspects of Introducing Process Innovation in a Manufacturing Enterprise" is the description and subsequent analysis of the introduction of the process innovation in the selected company. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the concept of innovation and putting into the issue of the innovation process and the subsequent evaluation of the innovation. The practical part describes the company XY s.r.o. and introducing process innovation into its operation.
Design of Creating a Production Concept for Production Process Control Functions
Pokorný, Zdeněk ; Jablonka, Ján (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The Master’s thesis deals with the approaches to the introduction of the principles of lean manufacturing and especially the concept of Just in Time (JIT). It is structurally divided into theoretical and practical part. While the theoretical part focuses on the theory of lean manufacturing and the details about steam turbines, the practical part gradually deals with the introduction of the company, production portfolio, supplier analysis and especially the production process. The practical part ends with the selection of proposals for changes in the production concept, including partial economic evaluations with regard to customer requirements to meet delivery dates, quality and required costs.
