Zdravotní aspekty konzumace zeleniny a zeleninových šťáv

The bachelor thesis was focused on the health aspocts of cunsumption of vegetables and vegetable juices. Various types of vegetables, their basic material composition are presented in the literaly part. In the practical part of the thesis it was proved that the content of vitamins in selected kinds of vegetables and vegetable juices. Vitamin C content was determined by high performance liquid chromatographs. Most of the vitamin C contained red pepper. For juices it was 100% cabbage juice.
