The purpose of this Diploma thesis is to compare brewing in conventional big breweries and homebrewing especially homebrewing using malt extracts. It also includes detailed information about base materials used in brewing. One chapter contains complete topic for the project work. This project can be used for students of secondary schools. This thesis wants to point out the fact that brewing can be full-valued teaching topic and also leisure time activity. Added CD contains a lot of additional information, e.g. homebrewing, photos, instructions and offers of malt extracts.
