Possibilities of Financing of Fixed Assets Acquisition

This diploma thesis focuses on the oportunities of financing the acquisition of fixed assets for a particular company. The first part introduces and explained the basic theoretical concepts especially fixed assets, financing assets and financial analysis of the company. In the next part selected company is presented and analysed. The thesis focuses on offering banking institutions and leasing comapnies mainly on the long-term bank loans and financial leases. The aim of this thesis is to find the most effective option of financing the production facilities of the company. At the end of thesis is proposed the optimal method of financing the acquisition of fixed assets for a particular company.

Optimalizace systému zeleně sídla

This thesis deals with the optimization of the greenery system of the city. The literary research examines problematics of the systems of greenery and related issues, especially the requirements for their structure and the principles of their formation. It also focuses on the importance and function of greenery in the urban environment and its role in adapting cities to climate change.Based on the findings, it defines the principles of dealing with the optimization of settlement greenery systems. The acquired knowledge is then applied to the model area of city Hodonín. First, its complex analyzes are carried out, focused on the characteristics of the landscape background and characteristics of the settlement unit. The main part is the evaluation of the current condition of urban greenery. Using the selected methodology, all its properties relevant for the design optimization of the system are evaluated. The gained information is then summarized into clear statistics and a simple balance. Based on exploration and analyzes, the main problems are defined in the area and the main ideas for the proposal is set. Proposal presents the overall concept of the development of the greenery system of the city. It defines the potential for the development of new green areas and deals with the necessary development of existing areas.Some parts of the proposal are subsequently solved in a more detailed scale. On the basis of acquired knowledge, general recommendations for optimization of urban green systems were formulated.

Recyklace původních struktur jako součást konverze postindustriálních areálů

This thesis deals with postindustrial sites and possibilities of using recycling of old structures as a part of their conversions. Knowledge from its literary part and performed analyses is applied to study of model object, which is former Essler's spinning factory located on northeast periphery of Brno. Literary part of the thesis define theoretical basics of brownfields issue and defines the term of recycling in relation to these objects. It includes also analysis of succesfully realized revitalizations of browndfields, which applied recycling. Results of the work consist of three parts. Analyses of studied area, as a bindings to its surroundings, are performed at first part of the thesis and as a result basics preconditions for creation of design concept are determined. At the second part the model object is processed as the ideological study, which main aim is enforcing of recycled materials. Third part represents comprehensive summary of conclusions and recommendations based on both theoretical and practical part of the thesis. The major objective of the thesis is to point out to benefits of using recycling as a part of recovery projects of postindustrial sited and outline possibilities and ways of its application.

Národní divadlo ve výuce výchovy k občanství na II. stupni základní školy

This thesis is focused on education concerning the National Theatre in the subject Education for Citizenship and also finding out the attitudes of the primary school second grade students towards the National Theatre the symbol of the Czech national identity and cultural heritage. The first part generally describes curriculum documents at the national and academic level with additional analysis of specific academic educational documents of chosen primary schools in relation to the chosen topic. The second part zooms in on the history, the symbolic meaning and the present organizational structure of the National Theatre. The third part summarizes the results of the questionnaire which was obtained from chosen primary schools. The summary also includes evaluation of interviews with some respondents.

"Czech" Nabucco in Germany

This thesis deals with nthe emergence of the summer festival Nabucco. The first part introduces the opera by Giuseppe Verdi and opera storyline and characters. The second important part is focused on the actual implementation of the project and interviews with key personalities involved in the performance itself. The aim is to outline the work processes that lie behind the final performances of Nabucco productions.
