Possibilities of CAM software NX in programming CNC machine tools
Forbelský, Jiří ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis details the NX CAM application and its capabilities in the production of specific shapes on selected components. It includes a selection of machinery, respective tools, together with shanks and clamping cones, as well as selection and verification of the cutting conditions. The process is accompanied by a graphic simulation and complemented by an economic evaluation.
Solution CNC technology of part whit a CNC-unit Sinumerik
Forbelský, Jiří ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis elaborates complete manufacturing process of a shape shaft. Technological procedure is designed in two variants. The practice variant employs tools, material and CNC lathe available at university workshop. The designed technological procedure has been verified by manufacturing the shaft. Series production utilizes modern tools and an industrial lathe. Both the described variants are compared and evaluated.
