Scarrs at the Face and the Hand

In any operation where continuity is broken skin is healing scar inevitable. If the resulting scar is not in line with patientexpectations, the often questioned surgeon's skill and dissatisfied patient is then clamoring for repairs, removal of most scars. Complete removal ofthe scar is not currently possible and most likely do so for a long time or not (Baisch et al., 2006). The aim of this work is comprehensive paper on reparativeprocesses that take place after the break in the skin, while the list of possible effects on these processes. Understanding of the basis for therapeutic paths which lead a functionally and aesthetically satisfactory scars on the face and hand, the very projection for the most important psychosocial and communication (Josefina and Honzák 1997).
