Family house Litomyšl

The aim of this thesis is a new family house with a design office. The house is located on the outskirts of the city Lany u Litomyšle. It is a detached building with two floors and a partial basement podsklepeným. The building is designed as a brick building where the vertical structure of the structural system POROTHERM and shuttering Gaskets ZB 30th horizontal structures are made of beams POT and inserts MIAKO. The residential part is covered with a pitched roof with gabled dormer and skylight windows. Roof structure to the design office and the garage is single-layer flat roof. Work includes documentation and drawing part that is handled as a detailed documentation.
Family house - Dvůr Králové nad Labem

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and execution of project documentation for a family house with architectural planto or art studio, which is situated between cities Dvůr Králové nad Labem and Verdek. Building is designed as a detached two-storey building with one underground and one above-ground storey. House is designed for a family of four and one external worker. Road to the building and main entrance to the building is from the north, where is also a garage. The residential part is oriented mainly to the south. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. Vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm and from concrete blocks BEST (part 1.S). Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. All the roofs are single-skinned and flat roofs. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips.
Wellness hotel "Na Ovčačce" - Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce

The project is newly built wellness hotel in the cadastral Svatý Kopeček, the town of Olomouc, district Olomouc. The house is in a secluded street in Darwin. On the territory are restrictions concerning the parameters solved object. Notably the location, number of floors and the percentage of stopping. This is a three-storey, basement building with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and reinforced concrete footings. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of concrete formwork and fittings in the basement. Ceiling structure is designed using locally supported reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is divided into several sections. The 1s there is an underground garage and wellness. In 1.NP is a restaurant and facilities associated with the operation of the restaurant and hotel. In 2.NP and 3.NP are single rooms. Total capacity is 155 people and has 16 employees. To the building are three main entrances. Two of them are designed as public entrance to the restaurant and hotel. The third is the entrance for staff and supplies. Among other inputs that lead from the exterior of the building is the entrance to the restaurant terrace. Another entry is possible from the underground garage to wllnessu. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair. Before the building is designed parking for 27 cars and underground garage for 44 cars. Five of parking places are for disabled people.
Multipurpose facility Olomouc

This thesis is focused on designing a new multipurpose building with parts used for apartments, administration offices and a bar. The land, which the building is situated on, is located in the city of Olomouc. The structure consist of five above-ground floors and one underground floor, where a garage is designed. The vertical supporting construction are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete columns, the horizontal of reinforced concrete cast-in-place boards, other vertical walls are made of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The roof is warm flat.
Multipurpose facility -Nitra,Chrenová

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the construction of new apartment buildings in the city of Nitra. It is a free-standing building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a slightly sloping terrain. The basement of the floor plan extends beyond the above-ground floor, the roof is partly designed as a terrace and partly as a flat green roof. There is a garage, workshop, cellar, utility room and storage for bicycles and stollers. Housing units are located on the upper floors. Each floor has three residential units. The roof above the above-ground floors is a single-skin flat, covered with a layer of aggregate. The foundation structures and the perimeter walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The internal load-bearing system is designed for all floors as masonry made of ceramic blocks. In the basement there are two supporting concrete pillars transferring the load from the reinforced concrete gutters in the place above the garage. Ceilings, balconies and loggias are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter walls above the ground are contact-insulated with the ETICS system.
Petrovice Community Center

The subject of diploma project is the design of complex of buildings using hemp lime composite, in English known as Hempcerete. Four detached houses are completed by building of facilities. Buildings have one to three floors. The composite fiercly reduces carbon footprint in building industry. The design is focused on different construction systems using hemp lime composite as a wall filling. Detached houses are made of load bearing timber frame with cast-in-situ hempcrete, building of facilities is made of reinforced concrete with precasted blocks. All buildings are cellarless. Detached houses are shed roofed, building of facilities is gable roofed.
Mountain hotel Zadov

The thesis contains a new building project documentation pension Zadov, first in the form of studies and subsequently as an implementation project. It is a detached building, with two floors and one partial basement. Part of the work is technical thermal technical assessment of selected structures, fire safety report, and the summary accompanying technical report.
Congress hotel - Brno,Veveří

The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of a hotel building with a lobby bar, which is located in the central part of the regional city of Brno. The building has four floors and is covered by flat roofs. The hotel meets the conditions of a four-star (****) economic standard. It is designed with 17 accommodation units with a capacity of total 40 persons and a lobby bar for 60 guests and social facilities. In addition to the accommodation content, the hotel will have a conference hall for training, corporate events, etc. Due to the lack of parking spaces in the city of brno, the hotel will also have underground garages primarily designed for parking cars of hotel visitors. The apartments and guest rooms are located on the 2nd., 3rd. a 4th. NP floor. On the ground floor there is a representative space of the hotel composed of the entrance hall with reception, space for hotel management, a lobby bar with social facilities and a gym, which will also be open to the public. In the basement there are underground garages and technical facilities of the hotel. On the 4th floor there is, among other things, a small wellness area with massages, saunas, a bar and an outdoor terrace. The hotel building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with a reinforcing core, with 4 floors and basement. The design of the hotel will be designed in the spirit of modern materials, simple members and shapes. A vegetation roof is designed to alleviate the overheating of the building in the summer and to meet the requirements of the city for the largest possible greening of buildings and their surroundings.
Bravia administrative building

The aim of the Diploma thesis is the project documentation for the execution of the administrative building. This is an administrative building located on the outskirts of Letohrad. The building consists of one section that has three above-ground floors and one section that has only one above-ground floor. The building is used for administration, trade and storage. For administrative work is designed the three-storey part of the building and single-storey part of the building is designated for trade and storage. The main entrances to the building are located on its west side and the next entrances to the building is located on its southern side and northern side. The building is based on foundation strips and pads of plain concrete. The building is designed from a masonry structural system made of concrete blocks made of lightweight concrete and the third floor is partly designed as a timber structure made of wooden KVH squared timber. The ceiling structures are designed from prestressed ceiling panels. Roof structure above the main part of the building is designed two-stage pitched roof octagon shape and the roof above the single-storey part of the building is designed as warm flat extensive green roof.

The subject of the master thesis is the elaboration of part of the project documentation for the construction of a mountain apartment house in the cadastral area of Ružomberok with almost zero energy consumption. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors and a basement. It is going to be a newly built accommodation facility with lounges, wellness, fitness and a coffee shop located on the upper floors. In the basement of the building there is a collective garage, technical facilities of the building and storage space. The foundation structures, perimeter walls and column support system of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The internal support system in all above-ground floors is designed as masonry of ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures, balconies and loggias are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof of the building is made as a single-ply roof.
