Creating and Development of New Project Management System Justimio

The main purpose of this report is to analyse and suggest suitable implementation of information system Justimio, which would be used by Justmighty, a company operataning on the Czech digital market, mainly oriented on internet marketing. The master thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the analyse of the theoretical knowledge and its related possibilities. Due to the usage of professional methods, the current situation can be analysed and the web applications position in the environment of the closest competitors can be recorded. In second chapter, a focus is also given to the company Justmighty, for which the application is made for. A company’s ability to implement this application is checked by using a basic analytical methods, whereas also can be analysed how this application would be helpful, when comes to the competitors and current market. The last part is focused on possible solutions and implementation of information system Justimio.

This thesis on "Design of an information system" tries to suggest solutions and automate the process of the approval procedure based on the requests of internal employees. It analyzes existing information system of the company and the issue of approval processes itself and their integration into the information system as part of his. Using data and functional models defines the process issues and makes us whole process of software architecture. The work defines the technology that will be used for future application development and serves as a base the development team.

Application for SOS Device

The bachelor thesis is focused on a design of a mobile application for controlling SOS device DANAKU. The application is designed for operating systems Android and iOS. In addition to an application design, it also deals with a design of its database and user interface. It also contains an analysis of competing companies and their similar devices.

Development of the Web Application for Managing Projects

This diploma thesis focuses on the design, development and subsequent implementation of the web application at the company BKB Metal Plc. In that case it is the complete supply ready-made solution. The aim of this work is to develop and implement the web application into corporate environment that will serve as a support of project management and will especially provide the solution for creating visualization by using a Gantt diagram. The impetus for this project was primarily the inconvenient of the current solution, which is not support the key company requirements and as well efforts to reduce costs.

Application for Managing a Swim Club Database

The diploma thesis focuses on the design, creation and implementation of a desktop application for managing a swimming database of the ASK Blansko swim club. It analyzes the current state of processes in the club and compares them with modern practice. It contains a description of all the functions of the application together with the economic evaluation of the project. It represents a complete solution because of the inefficient and outdated way of keeping the club database. It emphasizes the successful implementation of the application in the club practice.

Support of Managerial Decision Making

This diploma thesis is focused on creation of reports, which will enable managers access to information. Thanks to this information managers will have basis for decision making. Not only managers, but also company management will have access to this reports, company management will be able to control managers. The first chapter describes methods, which are, used in next chapter for analyses the company. The last chapter contains draft of creation for all reports and evaluation of benefits.
