Family house - Jinačovice

The Bachelor thesis is focused on creation of a plan for the family house, which is located on sloping terrain in the newly developing part of the village Jinačovice on the plot No. 740/10. There is the southern slope, also the entrance to the house is south oriented. The family house has three floors and it is designed for a family of five or six. The whole building is found on the basic reinforced concrete belts, then it is bricked from Porotherm system and roofed by clicking roof. Movement between individual floors is made possible by a concrete staircase.

Primary school in Tišnov

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of a primary school, which is located in a newly emerging building on the outskirts of Tišnov. The building is located on flat terrain, it is designed as a stand-alone building and it has got 2 above-ground floors. The building also includes its own kitchen and dining room. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures will form walls made of ground bricks from the Porotherm company. The horizontal construction consists of a reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 250 mm. The lintels are also from the Porotherm company, or above the larger openings, the lintels are formed by a die. The roof is flat, single-skinned with extensive vegetation. The building is equipped with an elevator and five reinforced concrete monolithic staircases. The work also includes an assessment from the point of view of building physics and fire safety.
