DNSSEC support software
Dioszegi, Matej ; Peterka, Jiří (advisor) ; Kolovratník, David (referee)
In the present work we study the development of DNSSEC system (DNS Security extensions) from its beginning to these days. Present work describes how DNSSEC helps to secure the DNS against various attacks, mainly against cache poisoning attacks. As DNSSEC was invented relatively recently and nowadays it is poorly deployed despite its importance, this work also explores present status of implementation of this system, compares existing solutions and, based on this experience, tries to implement software, that helps to deploy and spread system DNSSEC more easily.
Implementation of Modern Approaches in Electronic Health Record
Dioszegi, Matej ; Nagy, Miroslav (advisor) ; Říha, Antonín (referee)
In the present work we study the possible implementations of electronic health record using modern technologies. The main goal is decomposition of server functionality among multiple parts. We use the idea of web-services, which means that each part of the system offers services available for remote hosts. The components communicate with each other using the SOAP protocol. We also study the possibility of storing patient's administrative information into separate storage, which suits the purpose better than original data trees, which are used to store clicnical information. Besides, this separation is suitable for anonymization of data used by statistical computing. In my work the manner of storing patient's clinical data in data trees and possibility of flexible modeling of data layer using knowledge trees, which together create a knowledge base, is preserved.

Implementation of Electronic Health Record for Shared Healthcare using International Standards and Nomenclatures
Nagy, Miroslav ; Hanzlíček, Petr ; Dioszegi, Matěj ; Zvárová, Jana ; Přečková, Petra ; Seidl, L. ; Zvára, K. ; Bureš, V. ; Šubrt, D.
Authors deal with development procedures of shared electronic health record (EHR) which consist of implementation of communication standard HL7 and its deployment among existing hospital information systems (HIS); and semantics modeling of transferred data. Main part of the solution are so called HL7 brokers which arrange communication among incorporated systems and each of them implements methods defined by the HL7 v.3 standard. Data models that represent communicating systems are used by the HL7 brokers and are based on the original data models of HIS, but comply with all restrictions defined in the HL7 standard. To achieve semantic interoperability it was necessary to create a mapping of existing data models to particular international nomenclature. The conclusion contains discussion about situation in the Czech Republic and how there are used international standards in comparison with established national standards.

This article describes procedures of development of an electronic health record for shared healthcare which include implementation of communication standard HL7 v.3, its application in the environment of existing hospital information systems (HIS) and modeling the semantics of the transferred data. The main part of the solution is so called HL7 broker that serves as a mediator in the communication between the two incorporated systems and implements procedures defined in the HL7 v.3 standard. Data models which represent the communicating systems towards the HL7 broker are based on the original data models implemented in HISes and are in the proper form, demanded by the HL7 standard. In order to achieve the semantic interoperability of incorporated system the creation of mapping of existing data models to international nomenclatures was necessary. Finally the possibilities of usage of international standards and nomenclatures in comparison to the national ones are discussed.
