Compensational exercises for floorball players in child age

My bachelor work is dedicated to compensational excercise for floorball players in child age. This theme catched my interrest, because I used to play floorball myself. In the present, floorball is increasing free time activity among more and more children. Altough the popularity of the sport is rising, there is not often any kind of proper compesational excercise for this one-sided sport included at the trainings. In the theoretical part, I am writting about floorball itself, kinesiology, myofascial lines, muscle balance and myofascial triggerpoints. The practial part includes qualitative kind of research. In this research, 3 adult floorbal players were examined. All of them were examined by initial anamnesis and initial kinesiological examination. The target was to map functional disorders of these players, focused on hypertensoric muscles, present TrPs and funciton/dysfunction of deep stabilization system of the spine. From the information I gained. I was able to propose rehabilitation plan for each of these players. Examined players attended six individual therapies, which were concluded by output kinesiological examination. Based on the information I examined from these players, I was able to porpose a compesational excercise for child floorbal players, which is targeted to protect these young players from functional disorders, which were found in uncopensated adult players. The target of my work is to map functional disorders in musculosceletal system at floorbal players (focused on hypertonic muscles, TrPs and deeps stabilization systém of the spine, propose a suitable therapy targeted on activation of deep stabilization system of spine, manual therapy and stretching. Last target is to create a suitable compesational excercise for child players based on functional disorders found at adult players.
