Migration offers a spectrum of illegal channels through which migrants enter their target countries. Marriages of convenience are one of these ways. Specifically this means marrying a foreigner who has no residence status or has a lower one than their partner they are marrying. Their partner may be the citizen of their target country or also a foreigner, however, having a higher residence status. People entering such marriages misuse the marriage institute in order to obtain a legal residence in the given country. Daily spatial mobility of the inhabitants of the Soběslav region: analysis of selected processes and their geographic conditionality
DAVIDOVÁ, Markéta
This Bachelor's thesis deals with research on the daily spatial mobility of the inhabitants of the Soběslav region. First, necessary data was acquired using an anonymous questionnaire survey. The data provided general information about the participating households, selected personal data of their members, and records of their travels during reference days (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday). The analysis itself focused on the analysis of selected processes and their conditionality, and the results were also compared with other Czech and foreign studies conducted on a similar principle. The characteristics of daily spatial mobility in the selected region are based on the transport behaviour of the respondents divided according to established criteria gender, age, economic activity Each category moves through the area differently. Attention was also focused on finding differences in spatial mobility in terms of time; specifically, the working days of the week and the weekend. The primary focus of the research was aimed at daily spatial mobility in terms of the use of a car. It is evident from the results that it is difficult for a household in a rural area to do without owning a car. The result also showed that respondents during their regular trips, specifically travelling to work, preferred travelling by car rather than by public transport. Simultaneously, public transport was used more frequently during regular trips than during irregular trips. Furthermore, it can be seen that men are the more frequent users of a car than women. Simultaneously, they spend more time on their daily travels and travel a greater distance from home. The working group of the inhabitants has the greatest opportunities to carry out basic shopping using a car due to their high mobility. However, the most typical day for going shopping using a car was Saturday. The results are accompanied by graphs and tables.
