The subject of my thesis is project of mountain hotel. The building is designed as a detached house. The estate is situated in central part of the town Dolní Morava. The building has three above-ground floor and one underground floor. The roofing is solved by the flat roof.

The subject of this thesis is newly built on two storey detached house with a cellar in Vitova near the village Frystak. The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance and enter to the garage for two car are situated to the east. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Sublevel is projected from a block Best 40 with a monolithic ceiling tile. Floors, ceiling and mono-pitched roof are wooden.
