Spokojenost občanů s kvalitou života jako indikátor rozvoje (městská část Brno-Komín)

The Barchelor thesis is focused on appraisal of citizens´ satisfaction with the quality of life in the town district of Brno-Komín. The term of quality of life is explained in the theoretical part of the thesis which is baised on literature research. The current state of the town district has also been analysed. A questionnaire for citizens has been used in the research and is evaluated in the practical part of the thesis.

Strategické chování elektronických obchodů z pohledu zákazníka

This diploma thesis is focused on strategic behaviour of e-shops from the customer's point of view. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the strategic position of companies that focus on online sales of electronics, based on their strategic behaviour from the customer's point of view. Terms of e-commerce, strategy, strategic management and online shopping behaviour are explained in the theoretical part of the thesis which is based on literature research. The practical part evaluates the factors that influence the customer when shopping online. Furthermore, selected indicators of financial analysis were evaluated. Based on the obtained results, the strategic position of selected e-shops was determined. There are recommendations for e-shops in the conclusion.

Chironomid communities of the Upper Stropnice River (Novohradské Mountains, South Bohemia)

The communities of chironomid larvae of the Upper Stropnice River were studied semiquantitatively between the river kilometres 40-55 during 2000 and 2001. Altogether 29 taxa were observed. Dominant forms were .i.Apsectrotanypus trifascipennis./i., .i.Macropelopia nebulosa./i. and .i.Prodiamesa olivacea./i.. The water quality calculated according to the chironomid communities corresponds to beta-mesosaprobity, only in the area of Upper Stropnice village it deteriorates to alfa-mesosaprobity. This fact gives evidence to presence of point sources of organic pollution. Further downstreams the values of saprobity return to the state above the source of organic pollution. In the anthropically influenced area of the stream the decrease in the diversity of chironomid communities occured. It is necessary to consider the results as preliminary, because the only family Chironomidae was analysed in detail, for exact results the analysis of the whole macrobenthic community is necessary.
