The topic of the final work is a business plan for the establishment of a sports studio focusing on calisthenics and street workout in the city of Brno. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background. These are further applied in the second part, which is focused on the analytical part. The final part of the work is devoted to the creation of the business plan itself, based on knowledge, data and facts from the analytical part.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

This dissertation is aimed on the evaluation of financial situation of selected company followed by proposals to its improvement, by using single methods of financial analysis (particulary horizontal and vertical analysis, differential and ratio index analysis) and SWOT analysis. Theoretical part defines methods of financial analysis, which are applicated in the practical part, and on their bases are detected strong and weak parts of the company. According to results of accomplished analysis are proposed arrangements to financial improvement in the company.

Analýza demografických ukazatelů Olomouckého kraje

The theme of this diploma thesis is analysis of demographic trends of Olomouc Region in the period 2002--2012. This analysis follows the development of demographic indicators related population, mortality, birth rate, marriage rate, divorce rate and migration. Then we perform the comparison of these parameters with the development of the region in the Czech republic in the same time period. An appropriate trend fiction was used to predict the development of selected demographic indicators up to 2017. The analysis of Olomouc Region I chose because of the lack of analysis in the microregion development strategy.
