The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the problem of labour law relations at the selected employer. In the theoretical part there are explained concepts related with labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting point of view. Based on the analysis of the contractor’s current situation in the field of labour law relations there are suggested possible solutions to his issue, which is lack of employees.

Belgicisms in the metalinquistic corpus and their use by native speakers

v anglickém jazyce: The aim of the thesis is to describe the lexicon in the territory of today's Kingdom of Belgium and its representation in the metalinguistic corpus, which is based on the data of a French dictionary Le Petit Robert. The bachelor's thesis will be divided into two main units, a theoretical basis and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we will focus on the language situation in Belgium and the general characteristics of belgicisms. Subsequently, a corpus of words will be created, based on the data obtained from the analysis of the selected dictionary. Individual belgicisms will then be defined, and more appropriately characterized. In the last part of the thesis we will conduct research based on a questionnaire through which we will attempt to describe the use of selected belgicisms by native speakers.
