Performance possibilities of VTOL Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje a vyhodnocuje výkonnosti bezpilotních leteckých prostředků se svislým vzletem a přistáním pro transport nákladu. První část práce popisuje problém v oblasti transportu nákladu a současně nastiňuje možné řešení tohoto problému pomocí bezpilotního leteckého prostředku. Dále je definována mise, kterou bezpilotní prostředek musí splnit, a podle této mise specifikuje výkonnostní požadavky na bezpilotní prostředek. V této části je rovněž krátce zmíněna problematika legislativy provozování dronů v Evropské Unii. Druhá část této práce se zabývá analýzami, pomocí kterých jsou posouzeny výkonnostní požadavky a odhad potřebného výkonu bezpilotního letadla pro splnění požadované mise. První analýza je založená na datech o letových výkonech existujících bezpilotních i pilotních letadlech. Druhá analýza se zabývá vztahem mezi výkonem a celkovou plochou vrtulí. Další analýza se zabývá vztahem mezi maximální vzletovou hmotností a celkovou plochou vrtulí. Na závěr je prověřen vliv různých konfigurací letadla se svislým vzletem a přistáním na potřebný výkon a celkovou plochu vrtulí. Třetí část této práce je zpracován prvotní konfigurační návrh bezpilotního prostředku se svislým vzletem a přistáním, s tandemovým uspořádáním otáčivých křídel osazených pohonnými jednotkami. Nejprve je pro tuto konfiguraci vybrán počet vrtulí a jejich průměr a také odhadnut potřebný výkon. Poté je popsán prvotní návrh hybridní pohonné soustavy. Následně je provedena hmotnostní analýza prvotního konfiguračního návrhu bezpilotního prostředku s hybridním pohonem. Na závěr po zhodnocení výsledků všech analýz, je prezentován výkres hrubého konfiguračního návrhu bezpilotního prostředku.

Migration within the Prague Urban Region depending on the age structure Abstract The Prague Urban Region is one of the most dynamically developing regions in the Czech Republic. The migration of the population, which has increased since the 1990s, has a great importance for the development of Prague's hinterland. The aim of this work is to describe and evaluate the changes of the age structure of the Prague Urban Region inhabitants and to describe the migration development during the selected period. The first part of this thesis deals with migration, its division and connection with the life cycle. The second part is focused on the development of the population and its transformation in the Prague Urban Region. The age structure comparing the development of the population in three different periods is also included. The core part of the work analyzes internal and foreign migration in the Prague's hinterland and the relationship of migration with the natural increase comparing development in the Prague Urban Region with the rest of Czechia. For this, individual anonymized data was used in the administration of the Czech Statistical Office. History and current state of recreational mathematics and its relation to serious mathematics

Dissertation abstract The present thesis is devoted to the study of recreational mathematics, with a particular emphasis on its history, its relation to serious mathematics and its educational benefits. The thesis consists of five papers. In the first one we investigate the history of recreational mathematics. We focus on the development of mathematical problems throughout history, and we try to point out the people who had an important influence on the progress of recreational mathematics. The second article is dedicated to Edwin Abbott Abbott and his book called Flatland. It is one of the first popularizing books on geometry. In the third article we review one of the prominent personalities of recreational mathematics, Martin Gardner. The fourth article is in some sense a sequel to the third one. It deals with treachery of mathematical intuition and mathematical April Fool's hoaxes. The last article is devoted to the implementation recreational mathematics to education of students. 1

Isoperimetric inequalities

In the present work we study isoperimetric problem and its description by isoperimetric inequality. The legend of Dido, which inspired formulation of the isoperimetric problem, is described in the first chapter. The following chapters are devoted to elementary proofs of isoperimetric inequality for polygons as well as for curves. The last chapter focuses on related problem than isoperimetric that is isodiametric problem. This is described Reuleaux polygon that constitutes a means for proof of isodiametric inequality.

Theorems equivalent with the fifth Euclid's axiom

The aim of this work is to increase awareness about the existence of another geometries which are not taught at secondary and high schools in common. The work should be understandable to talented high school students and others, who are interested in geometry and mathematics. Specifically it is focused on hyperbolic geometry in the plane and theorems equivalent with the fifth Euclid's axiom. The thesis tries to work with the imagination of readers to understand better the issue. The new knowledge are illustrated on selected models of hyperbolic geometry. This text can help to introduce students to the subject of non-euclidian geometry at universities.
