Corrispondete di Guerra: World War II in the Novels of Curzio Malaparte.

1 Abstract (in English): The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore the theme of World War II in the works and life of the Italian writer of the 20th century - Curzio Malaparte. The books on which the literary analysis will be based are Kaputt (Kaputt) and La pelle (The skin). This work is divided into five main chapters, the first of which is a short introduction to the entire work The second chapter of the thesis, which contains two sub-chapters, is focused on Malapart's time, or on the brief historical-literary context of the interwar and war period of the 20th century. Next follows a biography of the author and a chronological overview of his most famous works. The third and fourth parts, each of which contains four additional subsections, are devoted to the literary analysis of the aforementioned works and the exploration of the theme of war. The fifth and the last chapter has a recapitulation character, it also compares both books and points out the similarities and differences between them.
