This thesis addresses the new building of the municipal library on 3 floors. Operation of library is divided into public and private part. On the first floor there are dressing rooms, technical facilities, training rooms and spaces for commercial uses, such as a cafe and stationery. Storage spaces of library are using all floors and they are located in a separate wing. The main interest of readers is placed into the second and third floor, there are also offices to ensure the operation of the library. All floors are equipped with sanitary facilities for each building operation. The building is covered with flat roof.

Bachelor's thesis solves the new building object, which is divided to part for housing - family house and to part for sale of ware - salesroom. The actual house is designed for 4-5 members family, has two overground floors, whereas the second floor is the attic. Also house has one underground floor, where is located the garage accessible by the downhill ramps. Extension of shop has one floor and a flat walkable vegetation roof, serves as a terrace for 2nd floor of residential section.
