The sports centre

The subject of this thesis is sports centre, which servers for sport and relax. The building is in town Okříšky, location U Stadionu, region Třebíč. It is three-floor building in basement there is technology for pools, on the 1´st floor, there is entrance, cloakroom, sanitary facilities, technical facilities and facilities for staff, on the 2nd there is snack bar and fitness. Irregularly-snaped Floor plan. The object (part of cloakroom and fitness) is designed from load cast-in-place concrete frame with clay masonry thickness 300 mm, floor structure-reinforced concrete joist floor, insidle load walls thickness 300 mm, thermal insulation of externall wall by system ETICS – thickness 200 mm, foundation construction – pads with grillages, load wall in the 1st floor is from reinforced concrete thickness 300 mm, roofing with warm flat roof and one mono-pitched roof from glued laminated girder. Part of swimming hall is made of load reinflorced concrete columns, supported by foundation pads, column braced by beams, clay masonry thickness 300 mm, load external wall of reinforced concrete thickness 500 mm, thermal insulation ETICS 200 mm, roofing of the hall with glued laminated girder – roof type compact.

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is a family house with establishment which serves as projection office. Family house is in village Čechovice, locality Doubí, region Třebíč. It is two floor family house with a one floor part of establishment. The floor plan is irregular. There is possible its variability of construction. It is possible to build the house without dependence on establishment. The offices have got its own entrance, which does not limit in the living area. Object is designed from system HELUZ. External wall Heluz Family 500, ceiling construction Miako is above first above-ground floor, and above second above-ground floor is plasterboard hanged on roof construction. Roofing above the establishment and garage from warm flat roof, above the family house is mono-pitched roof.

Value added tax from the perspective of Czech and European law

Diploma Thesis Abstract This diploma thesis is focused on value added tax (VAT) from the perspective of Czech and European law. VAT was introduced in the 50s of last century and became the general indirect tax in the European Union (EU). This thesis is introductory analysis of VAT law that is regulated in the Czech Republic by Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended and in the EU by the Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the Common system of Value Added Tax and basic comparison with regulation in the Slovak Republic by Act No. 222/2004 Coll. of Acts, on Value Added Tax, as amended. At the end it results in possible trend towards internal market and the need for effective action to combat the tax fraud and tax evasion in the future. The first chapter describes characteristics of VAT in the frame of tax law in the Czech Republic's law system. The second chapter presents short history of VAT as the general indirect tax in the Czech Republic since 1993 and analyses the Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax and its institutes and provisions with relation to judgements made by courts.
