This bachelor thesis explains the concept of corporate social responsibility. In the literature review are described three pillars, stakeholders, CSR in construction industry, characteristic features, development and organisations supporting cor-porate social responsibility in the Czech Republic. The own work is focused on company TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. The goal of own work is to analyse the cur-rent situation of corporate social responsibility and then suggest socially respon-sible activities.
