Safety and Health Protection while Working with Children and Youth in Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations

The thesis is concerned with the topic of safety while working with children and youth in non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs). In the first part it focuses on the definition of the topic and basic terms connected with this issue, such as "safety", "risk" and "risk management". It tackles history of NGOs working with children and youth in the Czech Republic and also existing relevant laws and legal regulations. The non-existence of an integral legislation for this area of civic activities results in the fact that the representatives of NGOs working with children have to have knowledge and proficiency in a vast variety of laws and regulations. Further on, the thesis offers some insight into the system and methods of risk management in commercial sector, introduces different approaches to risk analyses and attempts to apply some of them in the field of NGOs working with the underaged. The second part of the thesis is more practical. Two larger and longer existing NGOs working with children and two smaller and newer ones analyze their organizational structure and processes with regard to safety and precaution measures. Financial management of kindergartens

This bachelor thesis deals with a general issue of education funding with a special emphasis on kindergartens. The essential part of this work points out the current problems brought by these days linked with the issue. The work has three parts. The theoretical part deals with the general theory of school and educational organizations funding in the correlation with the state budget and funding sources. The practical part finds out which specific problem are connected with funding of kindergartens and how managements deal with them. The third part brings a proposal of funding system which would not generate the mentioned problems.

Importance of promotion in the company JH Solar, s. r. o.

The main goal of my Bachelor thesis is to characterize and evaluate promotion in the firm JH Solar, s. r. o. and a plan of promotion project with its financial grand. I characterize the company, history, products in the practical part. Next point of my bachelor thesis is the promotion. I analyse advertisement, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. I plan the promotion project, where I vote advertising medium and create a financial grand, in the end of this work.
