The aim of the thesis is to create a real and practicable business plan for setting up a restaurant called Labužník s.r.o. The restaurant will focus on offering the "All you can eat" service in Hradec Králové. The thesis contains theoretic bases for a business foundation. It also deals with the description of a newly originating firm including the analysis of the local market, customers and competition. There are 3 variations of presumptions of the prospective development laid out within the final part of the thesis.

The dissertation deals with the realization and subsequent evaluation of the analysis of the satisfaction of customers of the restaurant Sportclub on the basis of a questionnaire. It contains the analysis of the outcomes, leading to the detection of strong and weak points of the restaurant Sportclub from the point of view of the customer. One part also deals with suggestions and recommendations that will help to increase the customers´satisfaction and so they will contribute to a better competitor´s fight and to the stabilization of the position of the restaurant in the market.

The thesis deals with a survey of customer´s satisfaction in Jiří Mahen Library in Brno. The theoretic part describes the problematics of marketing research, the branch of allowance organizations and a questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The practical part of the diploma work analyses and presents the results from the questionnaire investigation, recommendation and suggestions for improvement, which could lead to increase an of the visit rate of the Jiří Mahen Library, to an improvement of the quality of library services, and customers´ satisfaction.
