Benešová, Karolína ; Slámová, Adéla (advisor) ; Šebek, Milan (referee)
BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author: Karolína Benešová Supervisor: Ing. Bc. Adéla Slámová Consultant: Ing. Petr Havlena Title: Analysis of ergonomic sitting position and design of ergonomic seat for hemiparetic patients Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with sitting ergonomics and summarizes basic parameters of ergonomic chair, which are created for patients with hemiparesis. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is described in detail the vascular supply of the brain, vascular disease, stroke and its clinical images. Furthermore, the concept of ergonomics is explained and the ergonomics of sitting are taken into account. The parameters for the ergonomic chair are based on the THERAPIA chair, so it is introduced in the theoretical part. In the practical part are processed two case reports of hemiparetic patients, which describe their sedation. The aim of this work is to create basic parameters of ergonomic chair for hemiparetic patients, which are based on studied ergonomics of the sitting and from the examination performed in patients. Key words: ergonomics, sitting position, stroke, chair
Screening of the Individual Physioterapeutic Unit in Patients with Central Hemiparesis Focused on the Time Subsidy of Individual Physioterapy and Repetition of Movements on the Individual Segments of Upper Limb during the Physioterapy
Kindlová, Michaela ; Pětioký, Jakub (advisor) ; Šebek, Milan (referee)
OF BACHELOR THESIS Author: Michaela Kindlová Supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Pětioký Title of bachelor thesis: Screening of Individual Physioterapeutic Unit in Patients with Central Hemiparesis Focused on the Time Subsidy of Individual Physiotherapy and Repetition of Movements on the Individual Segments of Upper Limb during the Physiotherapy. Abstrakt of bachelor thesis: An aim of a thesis is screening of individual conventional physiotherapeutic units and robotic-assisted rehabilitation. The screening of ergotherapy units was also included for a more comprehensive picture. The bachalor thesis is focused on upper limb therapy and the aim is to compare the intensity of the conventional therapy lead by therpist and intensity of robotic assisted rehabilitation lead by robotic system. Specifically, the time spent on upper limb training during therapy and the number of repetitive movements in each segment of the upper limb was compared. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, which is written in the form of a literary research, the issue concerning a stroke disease is summarized. This includes, for example, etiopathogenesis, incidence of disease, stroke distribution, clinical picture and classical rehabilitation options such as Bobath's concept or...

Physiotherapeutic approaches to patients with impingement syndrome
Pekárovicsová, Anna ; Šenderová, Karolína (advisor) ; Šebek, Milan (referee)
BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author's firstname and surname: Anna Pekárovicsová Bachelor thesis supervizor: Ing. Karolína Šenderová Oponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Physiotherapeutic approaches to patiens with impingement syndrome Abstract: Bachelor thesis deals with impingement syndrome of the shoulder joint. It is one of the most common lesions of the shoulder girdle. Most of the described type of impingement is subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS), on which the work is focused. SIS is a painful disorder of the arm, particularly when the movement of the upper limb is in the area above the head leaves less subacromial space and consequently there is suppression of structures in this space. In the theoretical part is described the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder girdle. Further is characterized SIS, its etiology of origin and possible approaches to treatment. The practical part contains a case report of a patient with SIS, along with various methods of physiotherapy that have been used in the context of therapy. The main aim of the practical part is to evaluate whether physiotherapy resulted in an increase range of motion, reduction in pain in the shoulder joint and thus led to subjective and objective benefit to the patient. For an objective assessment of pain intensity the method of visual...
