Influence of specific exercises on bladder fixators of older school-age swimmers
Šaroch, Michal ; Jurák, Daniel (advisor) ; Pánek, David (referee)
Objectives: The aim of this thesis is find out the effect of the intervention compensatory exercise on the function of scapula fixators in older school-age swimmers. Methods: This is a one-factor experiment in which the activity of the scapula fixators will be evaluated by Jandas push-up stereotype, Kolars tilt test and swimming breaststroke. The activity was evaluated by 4 evaluators for observing objectivity. After the first initial evaluation, 8 weeks of interventional compensatory exercise will be started, which will include 9 specific exercises for strengthening scapula fixators. At the end of the experiment, the above tests are again performed to evaluate the activity of the blade fixators. Results: The results showed a significant weakening of the scapula fixators in 97. 14% of the tested elderly-school swimmers at the start of the experiment. After 8 weeks of interventional compensatory exercise, focusing on scapula fixators, the weakening was only present in 11. 43% of swimmers. Key words: Swimming, scapula fixators, elderly school age, compensatory exercise

1 Abstract Autor: Michal Šaroch Title: Casuistic of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with previous pelvis polytrauma and with post-operative paresis of n. peroneus of uncertain etiology Objective: The aim of the thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of pelvis polytrauma and paresis of n. peroneus and to elaborate a case study on physiotherapy treatment of a patient with post- operative paresis of n. peroneus of uncertain etiology who underwent osteosynthesis of pelvis. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts - general (the teoretical) and special (practical). The theoretical part comprises the analysis of peer-reviewed literature and it summarises basic information on issues of pelvis polytrauma and paresis of n. peroneus. Based on continuous physiotherapy internship, the practical part documents the process of rehabilitation of the patient with previous pelvis polytrauma currently suffering from paresis of n. peroneus. Results: The therapy achieved the best results in treatment directed to improveoverall physical condition of the patient, increasemuscle strength and improve walk. The final effect of the therapy was observed both subjectively and objectively. Key words: polytrauma of pelvis, paresis of n. peroneus
